Job Description


The Specialist - Commercial Support will have a key role in helping us achieve our aggressive sales goals by providing support for our Business Solutions and Enterprise Support Specialist as well as field sales teams.  Responsible for delivering impeccable, all-around customer service by providing extremely high level of support to all internal and external customers.  Strive to deliver one contact resolution for all requests.



  • Processing a high volume of product orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • Checking prices and contracts ensuring all are up to date.
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
  • Solve complex customer service issues.
  • Place outbound and/or receive inbound calls to and from internal or external customers to clarify and complete requests.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • S. Diploma
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a sales support capacity (direct selling experience a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of sales performance, quality of sale, and quality of service metrics.
  • Team player
