Responsible for driving the overall operational and financial success oat the Part and Service hub locations.  The Senior Manager will lead teams to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency throughout the multiple repair centers.  Developing relationships with corporate support departments, internal and external customers, businesses and vendors will be crucial to the success of this position



  • Manage the day to day operations of the Parts and Services hub locations
  • Ensures assembly and repair production goals are met in a safe workplace while maintaining high quality that meets brand standards
  • Supervise and train supervisors and assembly / repair staffs at the locations
  • Set expectations and ensure production and quality goals are met in safe working conditions
  • Implement safety and quality control procedures for repair location
  • Identify and develop internal talent to support future career growth opportunities
  • Monitors performance of all processes and quality control
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and OSHA regulations
  • Provide effective and regular communication to team members including goals, business results, opportunities for improvement and key focus areas
  • Establish and complete inventory control processes
  • Coordinate special projects to include R&D for new products and /or modifications to current products to meet the needs of the business
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements


JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 10 years of multi- location management experience
  • Lean Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Green or Black belt experience
  • Experience in warehousing, manufacturing or repairs preferred
  • Must possess valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience



  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; Ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate; Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitor
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.; The employee is occasionally required to crouch or crawl
  • Ability to climb a ladder
  • Ability to unload delivery trucks when required and move/confirm material is secured and stored in designated locations
  • Regularly required to sit; Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms and talk and hear
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device



  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Required 20% - 40%
  • Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours. May be subjected to inclement seasonal weather conditions if position calls for working in a warehouse or factory environment, or traveling to/from various locations
  • Regular attendance and punctuality required
  • May be subject to pre-employment criminal background check and/or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
