JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining aggressive and original recruiting efforts; Writing and placing classified ads, track cost of advertising; Call/ screen potential candidates, conduct applicant testing, schedule interviews to include managers of business units, conduct background and reference checks, conduct onsite oral drug testing, complete all new hire paperwork; Schedule new hire orientation and/or training dates.
