Job Description

PODS Enterprises LLC, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to work out of our Reno, Nevada location.

The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting full cycle recruitment for non-exempt roles in multiple business lines.


  • Full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and closing offers for high volume non-exempt level hires
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, social media and professional network to identify qualified candidates for assigned openings
  • Perform thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to identify clear definition of open positions
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with hiring managers in assigned business lines
  • Schedule phone screens and personal interviews as needed
  • Update ATS system to track candidate flow and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with processing new hire paperwork and onboarding process


Job Requirements


  • A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for high volume, non-exempt roles is preferred
  • Prior agency experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing an ATS
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
