Job Description


  • Responsible for aggressively growing national revenues through the development and implementation of sales initiatives and the management of the current and future sales programs.  
  • Will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop strategies as well as implement tactical plans for building profitable long term relationships using ability to influence peers in order to achieve goals for the company. 
  • Drive strategies to ensure revenue opportunities for a set target segment to include commercial, relocation and associations
  • Manage existing customers and increase revenue by cultivating new accounts, and driving “net new” opportunities, and establishing long-term customers
  • Track record cultivating new accounts and establishing as long term customers
  • Manage an annual operating budget and provide forecasting to meet/exceed budgets and P&L statements
  • Develop and grow business-to-business sector of corporate development
  • Drive and increase sales from employee relocation by managing third party relationships and company direct sales force
  • Develop a robust pipeline of quantifiable business contacts
  • Identify and secure more logistics business opportunities and grow current load-to- load business 
  • Model and implement commercial and association sales opportunities
  • Establish both market and target customer strategies that ensure we are optimizing our core consumer segments
  • Target and manage key industry Trade Shows to ensure maximum brand exposure and develop strong leads for future business
  • Understand and adapt to market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing market segments  and sales goals
  • Develop strong networking and social marketing contacts within each major region.
  • Meets and conducts presentation to high profile and key clients to negotiate and close deals; Personally fosters established relationships to increase utilization
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
  • Four year College degree required / preferred
  • 7-10 years sales experience
  • Must be able to close the deal with proven success
  • Commercial sales is required, prefer background in logistic, relocation and association sales 
  • Tenacious prospecting experience
  • Portfolio of current contacts in related field
  • Trade Show management experience required
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience


  • Regular business hours; Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements:  Approximately 80 % of time, Nationally
  • Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours
  • May be subject to  pre-employment criminal background check and/or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
