Job Description


Responsible for the leadership and management of IT Program Management efforts, including strategic development and oversight of cross-functional initiatives to support the organizations objectives and improve performance.



  • Works with all business areas, corporate functions, IT Leadership and Corporate Leadership and is responsible for successfully managing program and key projects.
  • Promote and evolve Program Management Governance best practices.
  • Ensure that program and projects risks, issues, and decisions are managed and communicated in a timely manner.
  • Align and shape organizational and strategic decisions with program goals through the coordination and management of the project portfolio.
  • Demonstrates ability to resolve complex issues and exercise strong judgement to manage competing priorities with diplomacy and flexibility while keeping a strong attention to timelines and expected results.
  • Develops, formalizes, and promotes best practices for project management to support the IT Project Management Office.
  • Directs and manages timely and effective use of resources.
  • Leads simultaneous initiatives; coordinates development of cross-functional IT activities, projects, and processes.
  • Works with cross-functional stakeholders to manage and lead Project/Program resources.
  • Identifies tasks, project dependencies, resources, and communicates expectations.
  • Collaborates with peers to ensure understanding of current technology/trends and implement new solutions.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Job is directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management). Job title example(s) of employees directly supervised: Various IT Contractors

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Strong experience with Agile and Traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies
  • 5+ years leading Program Management teams.
  • Experience with large enterprise level programs/projects including implementation of ERP solutions.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in current technology and industry trends.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into easily understandable concepts.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
  • Have an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience


  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate. Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitor
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device


  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Negligible
  • Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours.
  • May be subject to pre-employment criminal background check and/or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
  • Regular attendance and punctuality required
