Inbound Sales Associate - Work From Home 

(Must reside in the Reno, NV area)


PODS Enterprises LLC, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is expanding. We are currently seeking Inbound Sales Associates in Reno, Nevada. If you have a passion for “closing the deal” while providing a superior customer experience, PODS would like you to join our team.

The Sales Associates will field inbound customer calls and effectively align our products and services to customer needs.


  • Flexible between the hours of 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 5 days/week including Saturday or Sunday


  • $16.00/Hour + Commission
  • 1st year earnings up to $42,000.00

  • Build rapport with customers and create a comfortable environment that will enable them to have a dialogue about their moving and storage needs
  • Use probing questions to help the customer identify their needs; understand where the customer is in their buying cycle and adjust your sales approach to match them
  • Build an appropriate solution to meet the customer needs based on their input
  • Overcome customer objections and provide the appropriate features, advantages, and benefits of the PODS products and services in order to close the sale
  • Explain the features and benefits of PODS products and services to prospective and current customers
  • Provide accurate quote and order information to the customer
  • Verify and confirm the customer order information so as to prevent service delivery issues, internal inefficiency, and customer dissatisfaction
  • Understand internal promotions and leverage those to close sales
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Prior sales experience (via phone preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working in a contact center is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Display high level of professionalism while interacting with internal/external customers through email, phone and face-to-face communication
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, telephone systems and desktop computer
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Focus on punctuality and attendance
  • Passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent training/experience


  • Must have a quiet space with a chair, desk, and a secure, wired internet connection with at least 25 megabits-per-second download/2 megabits-per-second upload dedicated bandwidth
