JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide primary support to the CEO and at times, the SVP Team. In addition to traditional administrative duties, intercept and resolve or escalate, and track all communication directed to this office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exercise independent judgment & initiative in performing responsible administrative work of a confidential nature
- Take appropriate authorized action in the absence of the CEO to ensure that matters requiring attention are referred to and handled in a manner to minimize the effect of his absence
- Act as liaison between other executives and staff in matters involving this office, including meetings, documentation, and activities requiring authorized action
- Receive and screen communications to the CEO, including telephone calls and email messages, using independent judgment to determine priority attention
- Prepare and review materials of a highly sensitive nature requiring the highest level of judgment & discretion
- Maintain calendar for the CEO and Senior Management Team
- Coordinate Franchisee Conference
- Draft correspondences on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare expense reports for the CEO, and other Members of the Senior Management Team
- Maintain and organize a variety of records and files
- Respond to inquiries from external and internal clients; escalating customer complaints if/when needed
- Coordinate Travel arrangements for the CEO and Senior Management
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations/coordinate participants for Monthly and Quarterly MPR meetings, Town Hall meetings, etc.
- Handle various special projects and administrative functions as needed
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
