Job Description

PODS Enterprises LLC, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to work out of our headquarters in Clearwater, Florida.

The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting full cycle recruitment for exempt roles in multiple business lines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and closing offers for exempt level hires
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, social media and professional network to identify qualified candidates for assigned openings
  • Perform thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to identify clear definition of open positions
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with hiring managers in assigned business lines
  • Schedule phone screens and personal interviews as needed
  • Update ATS system to track candidate flow and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with processing new hire paperwork and onboarding process

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Prior experience recruiting for exempt level, corporate roles required
  • Prior agency experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing an ATS
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
