Job Description


Responsible for supporting hiring/onboarding process for high-volume hiring initiatives.



  • Scheduling of interviews, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers and executive assistants to secure interview days, times, and logistics.
  • Contacts potential candidates and confirm interview schedules.
  • Prepare offer letters, and other recruiting correspondence.
  • Coordinating with New hire compliance team to include any pre-hire/onboarding functions
  • Proactively communicate with candidates to ensure they complete forms and procedures in a timely fashion.
  • Correspondences to new Corporate hires with onboarding specifics
  • Work in Recruiting systems and tools, tracking recruiting activities and providing status updates, reporting & invoice tracking
  • Support Sourcing team with recruiting and sourcing efforts
  • Internship & other program administrative support
  • Track Employee Referral Program hires & reporting
  • Create and maintain ad hoc reports
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties in support of the talent acquisition function
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience in recruiting and/or human resources is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be highly organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting critical deadlines
  • Passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
