Job Description


This position supports and assists the corporate enterprise-wide risk management program, including risk technologies, insurance support, and the identification and measurements of hazard risks to the organization. 



  • Assists with analytics and loss data used to measure and trend organizational risks.
  • Assists with dashboards and benchmarking loss trends and historical data for stakeholders.
  • Analyzes data, comparing various sources through VLOOKUP and other Excel formulas.
  • Maintains and manages loss data in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
  • Conducts RMIS system training and provides data support for various internal end users. 
  • Assists with acquiring or gathering data and/or supporting documents for leadership.
  • Organizes risk materials and operational policies/procedures in corporate share drive.
  • Assists with gathering internal documentation for risk placed insurance renewals. 
  • Organizes risk placed insurance policies and uploads to third party system.
  • Manages certificates of insurance (COI) program for customers and vendor partners. 
  • Assists with physical security and access management projects. 
  • Assists with developing contingency plans and crisis management processes.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience required
  • Data analytics training or experience required


  • Risk or insurance experience preferred
  • Transportation risk experience a plus
  • Knowledge of risk assessment techniques a plus 
  • Proficient with MS suite of products and computer technology
  • Analytical skills with follow-up and sense of urgency
  • Organizational, time management and prioritization skills 
  • Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
