JOB SUMMARY

The Specialist - Commercial Order Entry is responsible for entering Regional and National sales orders. Agents will be responsible for receiving/making telephone calls and receiving/sending emails relating to entering orders.  The Specialist - Commercial Order Entry will also be responsible for ensuring order accuracy and orders are entered in a timely manner.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enters orders received via phone, email or SMS in a timely manner
  • Capture and input information for the scheduling of the initial delivery, pick up, redelivery, and final pick up of all customer’s containers
  • Consistently meets order accuracy KPIs
  • Perform daily duties involving the operation of a sophisticated phone system and proprietary software program
  • Maintain a 100% customer satisfaction outlook at all times
  • Maintain relationships with franchisees and corporate operations staff 
  • Utilize CRM to update and manage the customer account as needed
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Typically reports to Management.   Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include: Sup - Sales and Service Center Operations
  • Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).

Able to operate  general office equipment including company telephone system

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  Associate degree preferred
  • Order entry and/or data entry experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a high volume sales call center or three years in a customer service related environment
  • Collaborative and excellent communication skills
