Job Description


This is a mid-senior level role in PODS Enterprises, LLC IT department and the role will oversee one or more scrum delivery teams.   In this capacity the Scrum Master will be a combination of Technical Program manager and Release Control Manager and will insure production readiness of software releases for all Commercial-Off-the-shelf and custom solutions in PODS application portfolio.  



  • Oversees one or more Agile scrum delivery teams.
  • Own and drive successful execution and delivery of all major and point releases. Lead and shepherd the Agile/Scrum processes and provide guidance to the teams.
  • Assess solution & team's health and directs any necessary corrective measures. Creatively apply scrum management processes to address unique situations; Assess project status and direct corrective measures to ensure project success including escalation and visibility to senior leadership when appropriate.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include: Manager – Scrum Management
  • Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • IT project management experience, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications
  • Prior experience coordinating enterprise applications and teams in a retail environment using web-services for integration. .
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; prior experience working with diverse audiences and all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.



  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; Ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate; Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitor
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device


  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Negligible
  • Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours.
  • May be subject to pre-employment criminal background check and/or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
