JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assigned corporate market to grow revenue and enhance competitive position within market through development and implementation of sales initiatives and local sales programs. This position will be a “grassroots” type assignment with focus on driving new business and commercial opportunities. A true high-activity outside sales representative with focus on growing revenue from un-tapped sources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive strategies to ensure revenue growth for a set target segment to include local commercial, relocation and associations
- Develop new business to grow the individual and commercial customers while maximizing existing client base
- Manage existing customer relationships to increase utilization and increase revenue by driving “net new” opportunities
- Establish relationships with agents, brokers, remodeling companies and staging companies to develop contacts
- Conduct presentations to educate consumers on our products, services and conduct needs analysis for utilizing company’s product to ultimately close deals
- Focus sales strategy on specific business segments as directed, and based on the needs of the company
- Understand and adapt to market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
- Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
- Implement marketing action plans and sales initiatives to drive more sales
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and external reports for tracking leads and sales
- Provide regular activity reports to the General Manager and VP of Sales
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
