JOB SUMMARY

The Learning Management System Coordinator supports members of the Learning & Talent Team by providing LMS and administrative services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Point of contact for training inquiries as it relates to the LMS, including troubleshooting, fielding questions, customer support via email and phone
  • Monitors PODSU email and Learning & Talent email boxes and ticket submissions for password requests, training requests and new profile user requests
  • Provides training reports as requested by HR, Internal Audit, Risk and managers
  • Assigns training within the LMS to targeted users, departments, groups
  • May support other projects as data and SCORM file loads are needed
  • Provides updates for all compliance of training completion and data needed for various presentations (Town Hall, etc)

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Experience with LMS systems, Cornerstone greatly preferred
  • Experience with data queries, SCORM and other data sets used to set up forms and manage reporting
  • Experience with analyzing data, generating reports and data graph summaries
  • Word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
