Job Description


Responsible for the strategic delivery of all facets of talent acquisition throughout the organization to ensure alignment with and accountability for meeting departmental and corporate recruitment objectives.  Define the infrastructure and culture to drive practices for sourcing and selecting the top talent.  This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting strategies, plans, sourcing strategies, and resources as well as development of new, creative recruiting. Build partnerships with key stakeholders to define human capital strategies surrounding hiring.  Develop & coach a high-performance Recruitment team to execute recruiting strategies and plans.



  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans in defined functions in alignment with corporate objectives and
  • Perform gap needs analysis to ensure alignment with business units and implement closure plans where opportunities are identified
  • Deliver service level agreements with internal and external channels and design standards, metrics, performance criteria to drive talent acquisition
  • Communicate the value proposition for employees and applicants through multiple platforms
  • Ensure that hiring practices and transactional opportunities are aligned with our core competencies
  • Manage all in-sourced/outsourced/partner relationships to drive effective sourcing, implementation and contract negotiations
  • Confer with management and supervisors to identify hiring needs, job specifications, job duties , qualifications, and skills
  • Write job descriptions, minimum requirements and interviewing plans; edit job descriptions written by others
  • Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Screen and refer managerial candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization
  • Develop recruitment collateral, such as brochures about the organization and its opportunities
  • Write and place job advertising in various media
  • Coordinate internal job posting program and write job postings
  • Make public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities
  • Utilize Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants
  • Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 5-8 years of overall experience with Talent Acquisition
  • 2-5 years supervisory or managerial experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
  • Talent Acquisition Operations (Technology) experience to include HCM, ATS & Recruitment resources
