Job Description



The CRM manager will build, own, measure, and manage PODS CRM efforts with heavy focus on email and analytics. The right candidate will own the A/B testing roadmap, inventory of assets, and be heavily involved in content strategy. This individual will bring new innovative ideas, diligent measurement processes, and have a passion for driving revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction growth.



  • Assist in the strategy, development and execution of multichannel customer journey initiatives.
  • Optimize acquisition, conversion and personalization strategies.
  • Drive excellence in leveraging the marketing automation tool to create best in class customer experiences.
  • Connecting business needs with solutions, solving complex problems with tactics including driving revenue, customer experience, and customer engagement.
  • Lead A/B testing as an ongoing discipline to constantly improve campaign results across various digital marketing channels with heavy focus on email.
  • Project Manage A/B testing from Concept, Creative, Execution, Results
  • Partner with cross functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Finance, IT, Digital, Creative Services, and Customer Experience) to align integration of objectives, and ensure marketing strategies and promotions are optimized.
  • Monitor legal issues surrounding consumer data, privacy mailability, emailability, and deliverability.
  • Collaborate with marketing program owners, content strategists and/or campaign managers to integrate and repurpose content marketing and campaign content where appropriate

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in CRM, direct marketing campaign development and execution, analytics.
  • Proven ability to derive, manipulate, synthesize, and apply findings to business problems to lift revenue and profits.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and platforms.
  • HTML/CSS/Scripting skills in relation to Email Design a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Relevant experience with analytical and campaign tools (Salesforce knowledge a plus).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and consensus-building skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams including upstream content contributors and downstream content activators
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects successfully and prioritize tasks effectively
