JOB SUMMARY

The Content & Digital Marketing Manager for Commercial will be responsible for the development and execution of B2B Digital & Content Marketing Programs, which includes development and execution of our ABM Strategy, Content Marketing for Paid and Organic Search;  Media Planning & Buying, SEO strategy & execution, Nurture Email communications all with the intention of driving demand for the various Commercial channels.   The role will need to bring understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals to execute against business goals.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Demand efforts for the PODS for Business unit, through channels:  Inbound Call Center, Outbound Call Center, Website, Regional and National Sales.
  • Develop and execute our ABM strategy, utilizing intent signals to identify those companies in market.  Using content and advertising to move them through the marketing funnel.   Former ABM experience is required of this position.
  • Manage all agency partners that support content, social and media buying.  Conduct quarterly analysis on productivity, accountability and strategic initiatives to ensure maximum effectiveness from fees paid.
  • Ensure maximum effectiveness with media buy.   Optimizing and building strong foundational media strategy to support web and inbound call center traffic.
  • Develop annual sales objectives for website and inbound/outbound call center channels
  • Develop and maintain annual Content editorial calendar, including email nurtures, social, media, blog and website content, ensuring growth in paid and organic traffic..
  • Manage the ‘brand voice’ guidelines and ensure all content staff – internal or external- are in compliance with brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy to increase organic growth to PODS for Business YOY
  • Develop plan to Increase amounts of MQL’s to sales MoM. 
  • Develop email nurture programs for various vertical groups and solutions. Convert strangers into Prospects, Prospects into customers, through thoughtful and methodical content guiding the customer journey.   
  • Assure the PODS brand is properly represented and is abiding by brand requirements
  • Build and analyze reporting on all marketing campaign’s performance
  • Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
  • Analyze key metrics for website traffic and sales calls received.
  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
  • Conduct program financial analysis in addition to monitoring program KPI’s.
  • Must have strong data analysis experience, running data and developing actionable plans according to the data message.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in marketing or business administration and 6-10 years of B2B marketing and/or customer experience management; MBA desired but not required.
  • 6-10 years of Marketing experience.
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flow.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, including creation and manipulation of pivot and data tables.
  • Strong project management & planning skills.
  • Oral and written communications for senior level presentations.
