JOB SUMMARY
Working under the direction of HR Leadership, the HR Coordinator will be a representative of the HR Department, facilitating HR Functions and Programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Successfully carries out work assigned by HR Leadership
•Follows up on all tasks with HR Team members and/or clients; provides clear updates on status of tasks
•Facilitate HR Processes
•Answer associate requests and questions
•Conduct audit of I9 files
•Assist with the interview process as it relates to out of town candidates
•Create and maintain associate files
•Participate in legal compliance as it relates to obtaining, sorting and managing information
•Demonstrates knowledge of HR Management practices; demonstrates commitment to own development as HR Professional
•Performs work for projects as determined by HR Leadership Team
•Create and maintain Corporate Presentations in conjunction with Talent Management Team
•Work with Total Rewards team as it relates to Benefits and Open Enrollment
•Work with Corporate Operations as it relates to Onboarding of new staff members
•Assist HR Operations team with Corporate Acquisitions
•May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
•3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist/Coordinator Role
•Associate Degree with course work in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
•Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
