About this Job

PODS, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is currently seeking a Technical Writer Intern to work out of our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. The Intern will support our IT department by documenting policies and procedures for PODS’ infrastructure.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document policies, procedures, and standards for all Infrastructure domains
  • Create and publish Visio diagrams of network, telephony, and information security architectures
  • Draft and publish training briefs for various technology services
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
