JOB SUMMARY
Working under the direction of HR Leadership, the HR Coordinator will be a representative of the HR Department, facilitating HR Functions and Programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides direct HR support to set groups of associates in Call Center population
  • Answer associate requests and questions
  • Assists managers in facilitating performance management items
  • Work with Leadership team to help determine staffing need and other department initiatives
  • Follows up on all tasks with HR Team members and/or clients; provides clear updates on status of tasks
  • Facilitate HR Processes
  • Demonstrates knowledge of HR Management practices; demonstrates commitment to own development as HR Professional
  • Successfully carries out work assigned by HR Leadership
  • Performs work for projects as determined by HR Leadership Team
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
•3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist/Coordinator Role
•Associate Degree with course work in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
•Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
