JOB SUMMARY

PODS is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to join our growing Advertising Team.  The Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for managing a multimillion dollar budget across Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social, Online Display, and Online Video channels.  The successful candidate will be a data driven individual with a track record of improving campaign performance by using analytics to inform optimization and testing decision-making. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of digital advertising channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Accountable for key KPIs including CPC, CPQ, CPO, and ROAS
  • Work with agency partner to continually improve performance of digital channels, through optimization and regular testing of creative, targeting, messaging, etc
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Work cross functionally with the product, creative, brand, and other teams to create, implement, and optimize integrated campaigns that deliver against business goals
  • Oversee financial process related to digital channels, including invoices and reconciliations
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital channels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Support vendor relationships, such as Google, Nielsen/VIQ and Jellyfish/DCM
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital, paid search and digital content strategy
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising or related Business degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
  • 5-8 years experience in managing and optimizing the performance of digital marketing channels
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
  • Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
  • Experience working at a media agency and/or managing a media agency is preferred
  • Experience with Kenshoo or SA360 platforms preferred
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager preferred
  • Experience using an attribution platform is preferred
  • Experience using GA360 or other analytics platforms is preferred
  • Experience using a DMP is preferred
