Job Description


Provides administrative support and facility services for PODS corporate locations, departments and leadership. 



  • Full range of clerical and support assignments involving the use of judgement and discretion.
    • Office administration – monitor and organize operational procedures, communication liaison, provide support to visitors, provide superior support to various departments and leaders
    • Facility services – monitor and maintain office conditions, perform and/or coordinate preventative maintenance, maintain scheduled services for company vehicles, assist with in-house and off-site activities
    • Print Center management – printing, mailing, delivery, ordering of supplies, monitor print/mail equipment maintenance, etc.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically included: Administrative Services Supervisor, Property Manager
  • Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)


Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School degree required, Advanced education preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products
  • Bilingual skills helpful
  • Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience


  • Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Negligible
  • Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality required
  • May be subject to pre-employment criminal background check and/or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
