JOB SUMMARY
The Analyst IV – Business Intelligence will be working in close partnership with Senior Leadership Team and IT to define KPIs, design and create executive reporting, and develop business scenario models. Guide analytic roadmaps and activities related to demand planning, segmentation, resource planning and allocation, company financial performance, and revenue optimization, and continually partner cross-functionally to ensure relevant and accurate performance data, metrics, reports and tools are in place to facilitate management of our business, improve revenue performance and maximize asset utilization.
This teammate will advise leadership on development of analytics capabilities, frameworks, and systems for sharing reports and dashboards across multiple areas of the organization, helping ensure consistency in the definition of metrics to analyze the business.
Finally, this individual will work closely with leadership as well as internal/external stakeholders to gain a holistic understanding of PODS business; facilitate shared learning, coach and develop analytics talent, and ensure business implications of insights are understood and actioned.
