JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the analysis of business needs to identify business problems and propose appropriate solutions within the UKG HCM platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKGPro (Legacy UltiPro) HCM system and supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance (Workforce Dimensions) modules
- Assists all aspects of HCM configurations, modifications, and upgrades of HCM initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support
- Assists with set ups of Business Processes for payroll and defines best practice for benefits module (Benefits Prime)
- Documents changes and Change Control features
- Configures and tests the HCM software and its various modules
- Understands and adapts to the various needs of team members; provides feedback in a helpful and constructive way
- Experience analyzing complex data or facts and summarizing and presenting findings in a compelling way
- Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, and/or services to enhance PODS’s operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes, and best practices
- Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our business partners
- Analyze information system issues related to business partners
- Diagnose primary and alternates solutions for stakeholder evaluation
- Acquire business approval for all requirements
- Participate in user acceptance testing and functional testing
- Classify risks, issues and escalate when required
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include: Director, HCM & Analytics
- Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)
