As Digital Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in PODS’ digital transformation by analyzing, recommending, operationalizing, and supporting the execution of growth strategies and go-to-market programs, all while working alongside senior leaders, cross-functional teams, disruptive external companies, external partners, innovation centers, venture groups, and universities.



The PODS strategy and innovation team’s roadmap is broken down with both existing initiatives and new ones. Broadly, the following duties and responsibilities can be expected for each swim lane:

  • Existing Initiatives:
    • Translate strategy into roadmaps to establish and achieve goals.
    • Ensure success of go-to-market roadmaps focusing on project delivery and execution health, while always championing the needs of the customer.
    • Support projects through implementation.
    • Translate business requirements and technology solutions to cross-functional teams.
  • New Initiatives:
    • Identify and justify the need for change by providing data-driven advice to all project stakeholders, along with high-level financial opportunities and costs.
    • Conduct external research and analysis into competitors, private markets, and startups.
    • If Applicable: Analyze and diligence 3rd party partner research and analysis for viability and senior leadership decision making.

  • Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field; or equivalent education/experience
  • 2-4 years experience as a business analyst or a similar role.
  • High-level mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • BI and/or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Investment experience preferred.
  • Detail-orientated.
  • Advanced report-writing skills.
